I'm Cassidey, a former attorney with nearly a decade of experience. After graduating from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, I worked in both legal practice and law firm professional development, which means I understand not just how to do the work--but how to navigate, grow, and succeed in environments that aren't always transparent. Today, I coach lawyers and consult with law firms on professional development, career strategy, and the real-world skills that drive long-term success. I also work with individuals more broadly who are looking to grow where they are--or pivot into something new with clarity and confidence.

I believe everyone has unique gifts and a big part of my work is helping you recognize them, own them, and use them in a way that moves you forward, both professionally and personally.

As a woman of color and a first-generation lawyer, I've personally navigated spaces where much goes unsaid and success often depends on things you are expected to figure out on your own. I started this business because I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who not only understands the system, but can help you move through it with clarity and confidence. Because success in your career shouldn't depend on figuring everything out alone.
